Outlook 2007/2010

 

STEP 1: Open a new message, click Home tab, click New E-Mail.



 

STEP 2: Click Signature, select Signatures.



STEP 3: Click New



STEP 4: Enter a name for your signature (ie. resolution analyst) and click OK.

 

STEP 5: In the body, copy and paste the correct re|solution signature, then edit it to reflect your name, title, and phone/fax numbers. 



STEP 6: Under Choose default signature select the dropdown for New messages and select the title of your new signature. If you prefer to have your signature also show up on every reply or forward you send select your signature also under Replies/forwards.

 

Add your signature to Outlook 2013

 

STEP 1: From the main screen, click File tab, then click Options.





STEP 2: Click Mail from the left column, then select Signatures.


STEP 3: Click New

Remove automatic blue font upon reply/forward: Outlook 2010


STEP 1: File > Options



STEP 2: Mail > Stationary and Fonts 



STEP 3: Personal Stationary > Font


   

 

STEP 4: Font Color > Set to black color


 

STEP 5: Press OK
