Some have reported the inability to log in to the support portal. You know you are logged in when your name is entered on the top right hand corner of eresosupport.com homepage. Please try another browser if you are able to do so (Chrome or Firefox).
If you do NOT see your name on the top right hand corner, press "forget password". This will send a password reset link to your ereso or facility email address. Follow that link and it should work to let you in. If not, please submit a ticket to email@example.com.
Eresosupport.com is currently experiencing issues in Internet Explorer, so it is best to use the portal through Chrome or Firefox. It will still work in Internet Explorer, just may need to do password reset to log in when you are not able to. This is temporary and will be resolved soon. Thanks for your patience.
